Michael Axe

I’ve always been driven by curiosity and creativity. Whether I’m writing novels, developing new ideas, or exploring a skill I’ve always wanted to try, I’m at my best when I’m learning and creating. I don’t believe in standing still. I believe in momentum—small steps, big steps, messy steps, whatever keeps the story moving forward.

I’m a storyteller, a builder, and someone who believes that growth isn’t a phase. It’s a lifelong practice. Over the years, that belief has shaped my writing, my business ventures, and the way I show up for my family. It’s also the foundation of one of my most important personal commitments:

What Project 4380 Means to Me

Project 4380 is my way of staying accountable to that commitment.
It’s a promise to myself that every year, I will learn something new, push into unfamiliar territory, and create something meaningful in the process.

Our time, energy, and creativity are finite resources. What we choose to do with them becomes our legacy. Project 4380 is how I make sure I’m always building mine, one year at a time.

Each year has a single focus—writing, video production, design, physical challenges, business development, or something completely unexpected. The goal isn’t mastery. The goal is evolution. To stay sharp. To stay inspired. To keep growing as a creator, a leader, and a human being.

Why I Share the Journey

Project 4380 isn’t just a list of projects.
It’s the story of becoming—documented honestly, year after year.

Some years will be polished. Some will be messy. But they will all be real, and they will all shape what comes next. If my journey inspires someone else to start theirs, even better.

This is who I am.
This is why I create.
This is Project 4380.
